Soon after I had begun, I joined the Teamsports race academy. After passing through beginner, intermediate and advanced I very quickly jumped into outdoor karting, competing in the SRK (Southern Rental Karting Championship). I dived in and out of these races throughout the season, including rounds at Castle Combe, Red Lodge etc. I then went on to compete in the 2023 Castle Combe summer championship, to get some more practice for SRK next season. Back indoors during the summer, I took part in qualifying for the BIKC (British Indoor Kart Championship). I finished the local BIKC finals in 9th overall, after winning the B final. In the autumn I went back to Castle Combe to compete for the Jamie Chadwick Trophy in the winter championship. Over the 10 rounds I managed to gain a driver of the day, came 5th in the Barnaby\u2019s Trophy and second in the Jamie Chadwick Trophy.
