About Me
My name is Scarlet Hallett aka Scarlet Racer, and I am an 18-year-old racing driver from the Forest of Dean, England.
I began my motorsport journey in late 2022, initially competing in karting. I am deeply passionate about all forms of motorsport and am committed to pursuing a professional career within the racing industry.
2025 Race Season

This year I have decided to scale back on racing in order to concentrate on my A Levels before starting a years course in Motorsports and then University next year. However, I will still be drifting and pursuing other driving and motorsports opportunities as well as working on and developing my E36 drift car.
Remember, you can contact me and keep up to date with what I’m up to on social media and watch my videos on the Scarlet Racer YouTube channel.
2024 Race Season

My 2024 kart racing season included:
- BIKC (British Indoor Karting Championship)
- SRK (Southern Rental Kart) Championship
- The Jamie Chadwick DMAX Championship
2023 Race Season

At the start of this year, I had only been in a kart twice on public sessions. Soon after I had begun, I joined the Teamsports race academy. After passing through beginner, intermediate and advanced I very quickly jumped into outdoor karting, competing in the SRK (Southern Rental Karting Championship). I dived in and out of these races throughout the season, including rounds at Castle Combe, Red Lodge etc. I then went on to compete in the 2023 Castle Combe summer championship, to get some more practice for SRK next season. Back indoors during the summer, I took part in qualifying for the BIKC (British Indoor Kart Championship). I finished the local BIKC finals in 9th overall, after winning the B final. In the autumn I went back to Castle Combe to compete for the Jamie Chadwick Trophy in the winter championship. Over the 10 rounds I managed to gain a driver of the day, came 5th in the Barnaby’s Trophy and second in the Jamie Chadwick Trophy. To finish the season, I passed the CLUB100 try-outs at Buckmore Park, allowing me to compete in their competitions in the future.
